EasyRecord – Screen Recorder Tool (“EasyRecord”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides browser-based screen recording features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the extension.
Information We Access
Depending on the features you use, EasyRecord may access:
- Screen, tab, window, microphone, or audio input data that you choose to record
- Basic Google account information such as your email address and profile information
- Google Drive access limited to files created or selected through the extension
- YouTube upload access when you choose to upload recorded content to YouTube
How We Use Information
We use information only to provide the functionality of the extension, including:
- Recording and saving screen/audio content you initiate
- Uploading recordings to your Google Drive when you request it
- Uploading recordings to your YouTube account when you request it
- Displaying account-related information necessary for sign-in and user experience
Google User Data
If you connect your Google account, EasyRecord accesses Google user data only to provide user-requested features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell Google user data, or use it for any unrelated purpose.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- When necessary to provide requested services
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect the security, rights, and operation of the extension
Data Retention
Recorded content and connected account data are retained only as needed to provide the extension’s features. If data is stored locally in your browser or device, you may remove it by deleting the extension data or uninstalling the extension.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may stop using the extension at any time, revoke Google account access through your Google account settings, or uninstall the extension from your browser.
Children’s Privacy
EasyRecord is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
