Esyrecord Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EasyRecord – Screen Recorder Tool (“EasyRecord”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the extension, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Extension

EasyRecord allows users to record screen and audio content and optionally connect Google services such as Google Drive and YouTube for saving or uploading content.

You agree to use the extension only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you record, store, or upload
  • Obtaining any required consent from individuals appearing in recordings
  • Ensuring that your use does not violate privacy, copyright, or other laws

Google Services

If you choose to connect Google services, you authorize EasyRecord to perform the actions you request, such as accessing permitted account information, uploading videos to YouTube, or saving files to Google Drive.

Prohibited Use

You may not use EasyRecord to engage in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.

No Warranty

EasyRecord is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyRecord and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the extension.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to EasyRecord at any time if necessary to protect the extension, comply with law, or address misuse.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
